Payment Timing
Prepayment is required upon booking confirmation or via a secure online payment link sent prior to the event. Payments must be completed 2 days before the scheduled picnic.

Service Delivery
Services are delivered at the specific date, time, and outdoor location at the Harajuku Gate of Yoyogi Park in Tokyo, Japan confirmed during the booking process.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of event curation and catering, cancellations after booking confirmation are subject to our cancellation policy. In the event of unsafe weather conditions like heavy rain or high winds, we will prioritize safety and offer a complimentary date reschedule. If refund is needed, we will refund back to the credit card that used to purchase the service, the refund will take about 5–10 business days to post.
