Reservations, Cancellations, and Service Terms

By booking an experience with Island Terra Picnic, clients agree to our standard service terms. All reservations require a confirmed booking and payment to secure your requested date, time, and curated setup.

Because our luxury picnic services involve detailed coordination, food catering, and equipment reservation, cancellations made within a 12 hours prior to the event may be subject to a cancellation fee or issued as a rescheduling credit, depending on seasonal demand and vendor commitments.

In the event of inclement weather, Island Terra Picnic reserves the right to facilitate a date postponement. Clients assume full responsibility for the curated equipment and styling decor during the designated reservation period and may be held liable for any significant damage or missing items.
